1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile applications or services provided by ZEROSYNTAX (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (including but not limited to Ask AI Agent, AI Home Decor, Photo & Video Compressor, and Phone Cleaner), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall our applications and discontinue use of our Services.

2. Description of Services

We provide a suite of mobile utility and artificial intelligence tools. Our Services include local device optimization (e.g., media compression, cache clearing) and cloud-based AI generation (e.g., virtual assistant chats, interior design rendering).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including the availability of specific AI models or premium features, without prior notice.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Misuse the AI: Submit prompts, images, or requests to our AI models that are illegal, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, decipher, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software, code, or algorithms used in our applications.
• Bypass Security: Attempt to bypass our API limits, subscription paywalls, or use automated bots/scripts to send bulk requests to our AI servers.
• Distribute Malware: Use our utility apps to hide or distribute viruses, trojans, or malicious code.

We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend your access to the Services without a refund if you violate these Acceptable Use rules.

4. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

Because our Ask AI Agent and AI Home Decor applications rely on generative artificial intelligence, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Accuracy and “Hallucinations”: AI models can make mistakes. The information provided by the Ask AI Agent is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated text.
• Design Limitations: Renders created by the AI Home Decor app are conceptual visualizations. They are not architectural blueprints or structural safety assessments. You should always consult a licensed contractor or architect before making physical changes to your property.
• Ownership of Output: To the extent permitted by law, you retain ownership of the original text prompts and images you upload. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the AI-generated outputs for your personal or commercial projects.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features within our apps are available on a subscription basis or via in-app purchases (IAP).

• All payments, billing cycles, and renewals are handled entirely by Google Play Billing.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions will charge your account automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in your Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, logos, app designs, UI/UX elements, and proprietary code contained within our applications and the zer0syntax.com website are the exclusive intellectual property of ZEROSYNTAX (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branding or app assets without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, 100% SECURE, OR THAT AI CLOUD SERVERS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEROSYNTAX (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) OUR APPLICATIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

Our applications may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as advertising networks). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal obligations. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Continued use of our apps after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
